What’s the source of your song?

The song Source of My Song Is a song that makes me think why I’m on this earth. It’s to tell others about Jesus and how He loves you more than anybody else. Also to encourage people. So what’s the source of your song?

Source of my song by Rodney Griffin

Oh, the source of my song is the Savior
The reason for my singing is the Man from Galilee
It does not depend upon my circumstances
For Jesus is the source of my song

Life is a song worth singing
Though it can be a hard melody
But, if we keep our eyes on Jesus
He will turn the pain into perfect harmony

Oh, the source of my song is the Savior
The reason for my singing is the Man from Galilee
It does not depend upon my circumstances
For Jesus is the source of my song

If we only sing when we’re happy
We will not be singing very long
But, if we’re singing while the battle’s raging
The world will know that Jesus is the source of our song.

Oh, the source of my song is the Savior
The reason for my singing is the Man from Galilee
It does not depend upon my circumstances
For Jesus is the source of my song

  1. Randy Mathews says:

I love that line It does not depend upon my circumstances, so true, however it is so hard to learn. Everyday we must remind ourselves we don’t deserve the Love of our Saviour.

Keep it Abigail. May God continue to use you!
