The other day as I was listening to my playlist I entitled “Encouraging songs.” I completely forgot about this song I cherished when I was teenager. The song is called “Whispers in the Night” sang by Legacy Five.

I remember when I first started listening to Legacy Five. My mom had bought their God’s Been Good CD! I was 16 when I first heard that cd. I fell in love with Legacy Five’s music. I remember when I found “Whispers in the Night” on You Tube for the first time. I was going through a hard time. I remember buying the song off iTunes and putting it on my iPod I got for my 17th birthday I would put it on repeat when I would go to bed.

I honestly don’t know what I would do if there was no Southern Gospel music in my life. I’m thankful for my parents raising me up to love Southern Gospel music.
